Shipping / Delivery
This product is currently available on preorder with an estimated fulfillment timeline of approximately 8 weeks. Orders are processed in the order they are received. This timeframe includes production, final component arrival, and preparation for shipment, with a built-in buffer for accuracy.
Once your order ships, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Estimated delivery after shipment:
• Average: 6–9 business days
• Up to: 12 business days depending on destination country
Shipments are sent using DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) whenever possible, meaning duties and import taxes are typically prepaid and most customers will not pay additional fees upon delivery.
Exceptions: Some regions may apply local VAT that cannot be prepaid, including approximately 25% in certain European countries and 15% VAT in Saudi Arabia, which may be collected upon delivery.
Tracking updates may take a short time to appear as packages move through international logistics hubs.
Returns / Exchanges
Orders may be cancelled for a full refund at any time before shipment. Once an order has shipped, the return policy below applies.
If you are not satisfied, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition and packaging.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a manufacturing issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will make it right.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.

When it got to me it was packed poorly, the box was battered. Surprisingly I don't regret it. I've been using it since and it's great to have. It is versatile, you can use it in many ways without wasting water and functions that usually doesn't come with a normal mono bottle.
Amazing how much this bottle can do and the pressure of it. its all just amazing, May Allah keep rewarding these people and all who buy this!
Took it on our family vacation to Europe during August. Weather was hot but filled the Mono Bottle with ice, fresh mint and cold water. Was able to keep hydrated and mist the kids while also being able to do wudu and wash our hands anywhere. Highly recommend it. We used the accessory tube a lot less simply bc the nozzle attached to the cover was excellent. My kids really enjoyed pumping the tube and seeing how far away they could spray each other!
I got a white one for me and a black one for my husband and they are excellently made and beautiful.
The bottle is amazing, I have no issues with it whatsoever, the only thing I would have a complaint about is the customer support, and the delivery time. It took 2 months for it to deliver and I didn’t get any response from support
I absolutely love this wudu bottle! It is beautifully designed, practical, and makes performing wudu so much easier wherever I am. It has truly made my daily routine more convenient, especially when I’m traveling or away from home.

Excellent bottle + spray
Keeps water very cold. Great pressure build up ability. Wudu spray is fantastic. Bottle itself is on heavy side but probably bc it is so well insulated.
I love the bottle so much I take it everywhere with me it’s has everything a Muslim need ( wudo water mist / drinking water , clean jet option for cleaning , bidet , qibla compass, the built quality is supreme the only thing that I would love to see in the future less waiting time and faster shipping because I can’t wait to get my second bottle , buy it and trust me it’s worth the wait!!

I got the black mono bootle and i love it.
It makes my life easier and its so easy to carry arround with the handle.
It is really helpful to do wudhu and helps me stay hydrated because the bootle keeps the water cold .
Even many brothers complimented me on it.
It just has so many diffrent uses and the support was good aswell.

I placed my order on March 21, 2026, and after almost 8 weeks, I still have not received it. I already contacted customer support before, but never got a reply.
Very disappointing experience and poor communication. Customers should at least receive updates or responses when waiting this long for an order.
