We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review the policy below for information regarding returns, refunds, and order issues.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@azhaari.com.

If your order has not yet shipped, we will do our best to accommodate your request. Once an order has shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.

Preorder Policy

Many orders are placed on a preorder basis to reserve units from upcoming production batches. By placing a preorder, you acknowledge and accept the estimated shipping timelines provided at checkout.

Preorder timelines are estimates and may occasionally change due to production or logistics factors outside our control.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • Item must be in like-new condition with no signs of excessive use, damage, or wear
  • All components must be included
  • Product must be returned in original packaging

Reasonable testing (such as filling with water to evaluate functionality) is acceptable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or fulfillment error.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the issue

We will work quickly to resolve the situation, which may include replacement parts, a replacement unit, or another appropriate solution.

Refunds

Once a return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times vary depending on your payment provider and may take 3–5 business days after the refund is issued.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Non-Returnable Situations

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Used products beyond reasonable testing
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
  • Products returned without prior contact
  • Orders returned after the return window

Shipping Fees & Duties

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

For international orders, any duties, VAT, or import-related charges (if applicable) are non-refundable once paid to local authorities.
