Orders are currently fulfilled on a preorder basis unless otherwise stated on the product page. Placing a preorder reserves your unit from the next available production batch.
Estimated shipping timelines are provided on the product page at the time of purchase. These timelines reflect when orders are expected to ship, not when they are placed.
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time after shipment is typically 6–9 business days, with a maximum of up to 12 business days depending on your location and local carrier conditions.
Delivery times may vary due to customs processing, local courier delays, holidays, or circumstances outside our control.
International Shipping, Duties & Taxes
We ship worldwide to most countries.
Orders are typically shipped using DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping, meaning duties and import taxes are generally covered in advance.
In some rare instances, shipments may be sent DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) depending on destination country logistics or carrier limitations. In these cases, the customer may be responsible for any applicable duties, VAT, or import fees required by local authorities.
In certain regions (such as parts of Europe), local VAT adjustments or processing fees may occasionally apply depending on country regulations and customs policies.
