The Mono Bottle

This product is currently available on preorder with an estimated fulfillment timeline of approximately 8 weeks. Orders are processed in the order they are received. This timeframe includes production, final component arrival, and preparation for shipment, with a built-in buffer for accuracy.

Once your order ships, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Estimated delivery after shipment:

• Average: 6–9 business days

• Up to: 12 business days depending on destination country

Shipments are sent using DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) whenever possible, meaning duties and import taxes are typically prepaid and most customers will not pay additional fees upon delivery.

Exceptions: Some regions may apply local VAT that cannot be prepaid, including approximately 25% in certain European countries and 15% VAT in Saudi Arabia, which may be collected upon delivery.

Tracking updates may take a short time to appear as packages move through international logistics hubs.

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund at any time before shipment. Once an order has shipped, the return policy below applies.

If you are not satisfied, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition and packaging.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a manufacturing issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will make it right.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.
